Poem - कुछ अच्छी लगी

Last time, I chatted with Eva, She told me to write some Poems in my blogs.
So I tried this time.

My Life, My Experiences.... Part - 3

On the first day of my office, I started off from my home with great enthusiasm. I took blessings from my parents, best wishes from my sister. My father proudly gave me the keys of his beloved scooter. Ya, my journey can never be accomplished without my father's scooter 'Priya'. 'Priya' happened to be the beloved member of our family in the late 1984s. My father's asset became my liability in 2002 when my father finally took rest from his job and settled with us in Patna. Since then, I and 'Meri Priya' (as my friends always use to say this) were always found together.

Well, coming back to the actual agenda, I kicked 'My Priya' 4 times (as it has a 4-stroke engine) and started towards my office. My office was situated at very interesting location. It was close to Patna Women's College and Patna High Court. These were the only places in Patna were one would always love or at the same time hate to visit. At the main entrance of the building (Vidyut Bhawan, Annexure - II), I could see my Company's Name Board 'Bihar State Beverages Corporation Limited.', that was nice, I liked that coz that made me feel a little proud.

When I entered my office, I was as confused as a baby in topless bar. It was a little bit different from the other usual Bihar Government offices. Well furnished Chambers for GM’s well arranged Cubicles for Managers, Meeting Hall. Oh God !!, I forgot, today is the first day of the Corporation also, that’s why it was giving a different look as if it was some MNC lost in Bihar. Ya, I was with this corporation from day 1. I was the youngest member of the corporation; everyone else was in his late 40's or early 50's. And some were close to their 60's also.

Everybody looked at me with a question in their eyes. And when I gave them my intro, they were a little shocked (I felt like that!!). Well, no one trusted me except Mr. Sanjiv Shanker and Mr. Brajesh Mehrotra (I.A.S.), Managing Director. I worked with Mr. Mehrotra before the corporation officially started from this office. We worked for the development of the transaction software. Our team was of 4 members. Mr. Sanjiv Shanker, Mr. Barjesh Mehrotra, Navanit (Our Main Programmer) and of course me. Mr. Brajesh Mehrotra and Mr. Sanjiv Shanker went to RSBCL (Rajasthan Beverage Corporation) to study their existing system and came up with new ideas about BSBCL. The current structure of the Corporation is entirely their vision.

Well, BSBCL, though came up as a great revolution into my life, not only professionally, but also economically and physically. An old pain of my wrist suddenly came to existence. After lots n lots of different kind of diagnosis, the Doctors found that I was having a hairline fracture in my scaphoid joint. Now, the only out in this case was plastering of my left hand. The major changes that came to my life after that was that 'Meri Priya' wasn't going any where along with me for the next THREE MONTHS..!!!! Don't panic (actually I used to say this to myself), I had same type of fracture into my right hand, a couple of years ago. So, I was well aware that this kind of hairline fracture is worst than the broken legs.

I am always deviated from the actual story line, so sorry for that. Now, my job at BSBCL was to Set Up an I.T. Section in BSBCL were all the transactions and workings are carried out online. Something close to e-governance. Since, most of the I.T. jobs were outsourced; some of my burdens were curtailed. Actual part was the I.T. R & D wing whose primarily work was to develop all the customized Office automation and Transaction software.

My Life, My Experiences.... Part - 2

What happens to a donkey, if he sees a grassland full of big green grass and trees with big and exotic leaves..... He dies of starvation. That what happened to us when we entered college. We did nothing throughout the year except running to the different coachings, bunk the classes and play cricket in college campus. That was a great college, not because it was one of reputed colleges of Patna, but simply b'coz we got admission there. Ya, it was going to be our Launch pad for a journey of Life.

We learned there what FREEDOM means and how resposibility aheres with it. I am using word - WE. Some very special reasons are attached to it. Again, at this junction of life I was blessed with some best FRIENDS one could ever have. Sharad, Sajal, Smita, Gagan, RajKumar, Meenakshi, Eva, Gautam. They really proved out to be good friends of mine.

After our intermediate (12th), we all took admission in IGNOU for BCA Course. IGNOU brought great revolutions to our lives. Everyone of us got a vision to start his life again. That was really great. Computer just happened to be my second Love. Why second ???Coz, I heard one day someone saying my computer as her contender. Well thats different issue, I'll talk later on this topic.

Everyone of us was enjoying computer. Some of us were enjoying company of Friends while others were enjoying company of (girl) friends. Some of us were sharing all the new excitements they were experiencing first time, while some kept themselves aloof. But that was nice. Sweet-Bitter experiences of fun and ecstasy, was just enough for our College Life.

In short, My college life, though that was away from real campus life, as we studied in Distant Education Course, was very exciting and contemporary. We, specially I, enjoyed every bit of it. Again, over enjoyment pushed me to take some wrong (or rather I should use the word - adverse decisions. And those decisions took a year or two of my career.

After graduation some of our friends continued for Post Graduation, while Sharad and I tried for some Regular colleges. Sharad was successful while I missed the train. So, Sharad departed from us to Manipul for his MCA. meanwhile Sajal, Gagan, Smita and Meenakshi completed their MCA and went to Delhi for their career advancement. Eva went to NID as she did what she was good at - Designing and evolving innovative ideas. I was left behind.

I again joined MCA from IGNOU, this time with my juniors. As always, I again happen to make some good friends - Dev, Vimal, Prem, Vipin, Harsh, Amit, Rinki, Prerna, Priyanka, Sonam. Now, my life was gaining new excitement. Coz, all my friends who went Delhi/gurgaon were settled and they use to imapart their experience with me. I was actually learning to live my life and prepare my life. Meanwhile I joined a company - Software Education & Research (P) Ltd. as Software Developer. I worked there for approx. three years.

After MCA, Sharad got Campus Selection to Patni Computers, Mumbai. I too, got selected for BSBCL (Bihar State Beverages Corporation Ltd.) as Manager-IT. That was cool, coz I was officially on Salaried Job, that too in Government sector. Life has finally started taking some meaningful shape.

My Life, My Experiences.... Part - 1

Well, I am thinking where should I start from..

Ok lets start, .........where Life starts from. I was born on the very next day of what everyone calls 'Fool's Day', ya you are right, I was born on 2nd of April. Usually fools chase others, in contrary to that, in my case I was born chasing fools. That wasn't the only humourous episode of my life.
Did I wrote humourous......... Yep!!! you read correctly I purposely used the word 'Humourous'. Actually life isn't anything without homour. If one can think positively, he/she can figure out humour in all the aspects of life, as I do. I believe - Think Positive, Stay Positive and always B+ive.

I had my earlier eduction in Dhanbad's De Nobili School. That was one of my Dream Lands, coz I enjoyed every bit of my Life there. What does that mean - "Enjoying every bit of Life"..? Simple yaar, All Masti, fun, games and a little bit of studies. That little bit of my studies usualy get little bit of marks too!! So, my father kicked my a** to get my second spell of studies in Patna. I knew that that wasn't humourous enough.

I really missed all of my Chaddi (knicker) friends of Dhanbad. Friendship isn't like Instant Coffee, you can not experience the depth spontaneously, rather its like milk the more you boil and steer it the more thicker it gets. I kept contacts with them through letters, ya at that time, letters were more used than todays emails.

Well, Patna is a very beautifull city, I am not saying this coz I dwell here, but coz I experience Life here. When I came here I was entering my teenage. A right person at right time and that too at right place. I got admission in St. Paul's High School. My School was one of the reputed schools of Patna. Every one was very happy except me. "A Reputed School" - This was ringing alarms in my ears, my days were going to be much tougher than Dhanbad.

Well, with Hanumaan ji in my hearts and a heavily loaded bag on my back, I got ready to begin a new battle of my life. My new school was somewhat like a battlefield for me. But evrything I was imaginig came to hault when I first entered school premises. The students, teachers, staff members, all seemed to be friendly to me, and welcomed me. Suddenly school looked like a fun Park to me.

Though everyone was easy to me, Life wasn't very easy there. To overcome all those obstacles, again there was entrance of some special characters in my life - FRIENDS. Ya, I met there some of those special peoples who became my best friends forever. Khalid, Mohit, saket, Anurag and all those. Really that was a blessing in disguise. I again started my life from where I left that in Dhanbad.

School Days were the Golden Period of my life. Coz, you are less burdened, less tensed and filled with lots of fun and entusiasm. Well, everyone misses those days.

Initially, college life seems to be most romantic period of our life. We make new friends and (Girl) friends there, join coaching centres and again make some new friends and (girl) friends there too. But all the time, we keep on running from college to coachings to college.... and the circle never ended. ..........(cont.)
